Please use the registration form below. You can request to pay by check or credit card. Payment instructions are emailed to you after submitting the registration. For credit card payments a 3% fee will be added to cover our credit card processing fee; a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you within a few days of your registration. Note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card, we just use PayPal as our credit card processor.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests received before Sept 1 are eligible for a full refund, minus credit card processing fee if a credit card was used for payment. Cancellation requests received from Sept 1-Oct 15 are eligible for a full refund minus 20% cancellation fee and minus credit card processing fee if a credit card was used for payment. Cancellation requests received after Oct 15 are ineligible for a refund. Refund checks will be mailed within 45 days of the cancellation request.
